Bernadette Marshall has practiced Domestic Relations Law for 25 years including 5 years as a Domestic Relations Magistrate in the Cuyahoga County courthouse. She has been an associate, a partner in a downtown prestigious law firm and, most recently, a solo practitioner. In addition to her law degree, Bernadette Marshall has a master’s degree in public administration.

Biography
Bernadette Marshall grew up in Cleveland Heights, went to elementary school at St. Margaret Mary Elementary School, attended eighth and ninth grades at Monticello Junior High School and attended Cleveland Heights High School. After spending a couple of years in school abroad in England and Sweden following high school, she returned to the United States to finish college. she went to school in Indiana, then to Case Western Reserve to Nursing School, and finished her Bachelor's Degree at Kent State University with a major in Psychology. She obtained a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a law degree by 1985. She married in 1986 following law school and had a son, Jon, who now attends Ohio State University.

Bernadette Marshall is the most qualified and best choice among all candidates running for this position. Bernadette Marshall has been endorsed by the Republican party. Her vast and specialized family law experience as well as her family ideals are exactly what is needed at this time for this particular judicial position.
